We can Learn from Brendan Rodgers's Mistake

As Liverpool fan ,I just want give my opinion about Manager of this Club,Brendan Rodgers.The  mistake from this Manager.I want give list to you,let's start guys :

1.Transfer policy

Liverpool is big club that need player at least top 20 nomination to getting Ballon d'or for example Steven Gerrard,Fernando Torres,Luis Suarez.Brendan Rodgers should buy the player who has the capability or big potencial to reach top 20.Coutinho and Sturridge are the most potencial but We need more than Both.We all know that Benitez could buy Torres and Dalglish has Suarez.

2.Rough Rotation

Benitez know how to mix and match the players and then Rodgers make jokes when give rotation to Battling in Champions League and Premiere League.I still remember when Madrid vs Liverpool but in weekend should go to Chelsea.Rodgers like confused ,and Media accused Rodgers not give best Squad when Liverpool againts Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu.

3.Defensive Midfielder,Left Back,Centre Back

Lucas Leiva,Alberto Moreno,Joe Gomez and Lovren.The performance of these players are not Consistent.Joe Gomez so sloppy when defeated from West ham and Manchester United.Xabi Alonso,Rise,Hypia are perfect examples.

4.How to handle pressure

I think Match vs Manchester United in Anfield last season was the example how Rodgers failed to handle Pressure.Steven Gerrard make the biggest mistake in big game like this and Rodgers can't handle it.I know Rodgers ,that was difficult game but you must handle it.You should win that match.

5.Goalkeeper

I just want say that Juventus have Buffon,Bayern have Neuer,Barca have Bravo,Chelsea have Courtoius,City have Joe hart.So what the conclusin??? They are First choice Goalkeeper in their National team.Mignolet 2nd !!!

6.Unbalance Squad

When Sturridge get injured,it feels like missing part of  puzzle.You should have 2 players in  every position .Both should have same ability.Balloteli was different type and we can see Coutinho,Sterling are not fit with him.

7.Inferior Feeling

Last season we can't win vs Chelsea in home and away.Rodgers gave too much respect to Mourinho.I hope that was wrong statement,lol ^^.

8.Lack of Experience

The Owner choose Rodgers ,young manager with lot of idea and good character.The expectation in this club is so high.In 2013/2014 season,Liverpool almost win Premier League and In 2014/2015 season Liverpool played in Champions League.In fact,2013/2014 season was the season that Rodgers felt how hard fight untill the end of season to win the race.Good lesson for him.

Don’t forget!!!

2014/2015 season also his first time He manage team in Champions League.I think we can’t blame him.Rodgers failed to bringing throphy in 3 years ,that was so normal.I think he need 5-7 years.

The owner  take big risk to choose Rodgers.He is not Bad Managers but He just lack of experince.
