We can Learn from Brendan Rodgers's Mistake

As Liverpool fan ,I just want give my opinion about Manager of this Club,Brendan Rodgers.The  mistake from this Manager.I want give list to you,let's start guys :

1.Transfer policy

Liverpool is big club that need player at least top 20 nomination to getting Ballon d'or for example Steven Gerrard,Fernando Torres,Luis Suarez.Brendan Rodgers should buy the player who has the capability or big potencial to reach top 20.Coutinho and Sturridge are the most potencial but We need more than Both.We all know that Benitez could buy Torres and Dalglish has Suarez.

2.Rough Rotation

Benitez know how to mix and match the players and then Rodgers make jokes when give rotation to Battling in Champions League and Premiere League.I still remember when Madrid vs Liverpool but in weekend should go to Chelsea.Rodgers like confused ,and Media accused Rodgers not give best Squad when Liverpool againts Madrid in Santiago Bernabeu.

3.Defensive Midfielder,Left Back,Centre Back

Lucas Leiva,Alberto Moreno,Joe Gomez and Lovren.The performance of these players are not Consistent.Joe Gomez so sloppy when defeated from West ham and Manchester United.Xabi Alonso,Rise,Hypia are perfect examples.

4.How to handle pressure

I think Match vs Manchester United in Anfield last season was the example how Rodgers failed to handle Pressure.Steven Gerrard make the biggest mistake in big game like this and Rodgers can't handle it.I know Rodgers ,that was difficult game but you must handle it.You should win that match.

5.Goalkeeper

I just want say that Juventus have Buffon,Bayern have Neuer,Barca have Bravo,Chelsea have Courtoius,City have Joe hart.So what the conclusin??? They are First choice Goalkeeper in their National team.Mignolet 2nd !!!

6.Unbalance Squad

When Sturridge get injured,it feels like missing part of  puzzle.You should have 2 players in  every position .Both should have same ability.Balloteli was different type and we can see Coutinho,Sterling are not fit with him.

7.Inferior Feeling

Last season we can't win vs Chelsea in home and away.Rodgers gave too much respect to Mourinho.I hope that was wrong statement,lol ^^.

8.Lack of Experience

The Owner choose Rodgers ,young manager with lot of idea and good character.The expectation in this club is so high.In 2013/2014 season,Liverpool almost win Premier League and In 2014/2015 season Liverpool played in Champions League.In fact,2013/2014 season was the season that Rodgers felt how hard fight untill the end of season to win the race.Good lesson for him.

Don’t forget!!!

2014/2015 season also his first time He manage team in Champions League.I think we can’t blame him.Rodgers failed to bringing throphy in 3 years ,that was so normal.I think he need 5-7 years.

The owner  take big risk to choose Rodgers.He is not Bad Managers but He just lack of experince.

choice

Aku melangkah majulah,masak mundur.Ditemani teman teman yang baik ada,yang nggak baik juga ada.Dalam kehidupan banyak pilihan yang berjalan mengganggu termasuk
pilih wanita idaman kita,selera musik hingga Club kesukaan.Adakalanya kita serius ,wanitanya pilih bilang jalani saja.Adakalanya kita bingung pilih lagu kesukaan
kita ,pilih memutar Amnesiac nya Radiohead atau AM nya Arctic Monkeys.Pilihan dalam hidup tergantung selera kita.Tetapi pilihan yang salah akan jadi penyesalan,
seperti kenapa aku pilih Nonton bareng Liverpool sama temen temen daripada malem mingguan.Kenapa coba??? Ya karena belum punya cewek atau LDR,hahahaha

Aku mendengarkan musik sudah seperti kecanduan,rasanya pengen buat Album yang unik bernilai seni tinggi kayak KId A nya Radiohead atau Frank nya Amy Winehouse.
Tetapi tahu nggak,aku nggak konsisten dan plin plan,mirip yang dikatakan si mantan,hhhahahaha.Ketika nonton liuk liukannya Coutinho tuch yang maen buat Liverpool.
Futsalpun ngopi paste gayanya Si Coutinho.
Begitu juga pas nonton konsernya Radiohead (walaupun cuman lewat Youtube),langsung terbawa ke kehidupan,pengen aja kalau nyanyi pengen se ekspresive Thom Yorke,
kalau maen gitar pengen se keren Johnny Greenwood.
Jadi intinya,kita ini pengen jadi siapa sich??? hhhahahahaha
Itu dulu mungkin,celotehannya,nggak usah mikir berat berat dululah,hheehhe

Pesona Pantai Gesing Jogjakarta

Keindahan mendominasi Ciptaan Tuhan yang satu ini.Bertempat di Salah satu Pantai di Gunung Kidul,Jogjakarta.Pasirnya putih lembut beriringan dengan birunya air laut .

Pemandangan dari tebing yang memanjakan mata.Tenangnya suasana yang membuat kita melupakan sejenak hiruk pikuk kota.

Sungguh Pantai yang keindahannya masih murni.Hanya sebagian orang saja yang kesini.Medannya ke arah pantai ini memang sulit.

Why Liverpool Can Still Be Strong Competitor in Tittle Race (BPL)

We all know Liverpool make Big Change after Suarez went to Barcelona.Many people said that Liverpool has Small Chance in Tittle race.I convince You that Liverpool will be Serious Competitor in Tittle Race.

Steven Gerrard still can be the reason why all the player struggle to win the League,Remember what Sturridge said???

9.Raheem Sterling 

I think this player getting better day by day.Sterling will give better performance after joke from Our Manager,Brendan Rodgers.We all know that Rooney gave him Compliment and said that unfortunately Sterling is Liverpool's player not MU's player.

8.New Transfer 

What a Interesting transfer!!!!

Adam Lallana,Lazar Markovic,Dejan Lovren and Moreno.Liverpool will not go down like Spurs when Gareth Bale moved.Last Season Liverpool has Small Squad but this season The Manager take a serious improvement on this problem.We all know that Liverpool play in 4 Competions.

7.The Competitor

This is weird?? oh noo noo

Manchester United will get difficult time again.Van Gall will take a long time to build new era .Arsenal and Manchester City still Chase Champion League ,and Chelsea will be the biggest Competitor this season.Mourinho and his Squad are very complete.But Chelsea has problem in Match versus Liverpool.Last Season,They won the match just because of the Luck.

6.Defensive Problem

Brendan Rodgers gave us beautiful game and Attack style,but We can see the weakness in this team.Liverpool has defensive problem,Moreno,Skrtle and Sakho are the Solutions.They should more carefully.

5.Borini and Lambert

If Liverpool want win the League,They should have 4 productive Strikers.Sturridge and Ballotelli are not allways on the top performance all season.When They (Sturridge and Ballo) are not in good performance Borini and Lambert can be a Saviour or Supersub.

4.Fans

Liverpool have Super fans especially in Anfield .Arsenal ,Manchester City and Everton Destroyed by Anfield Gank Last season.It will happen again if They are not carefull.

3.Ballotelli's Contribution

Liverpool will give big expectation to this player.Balotelli is player that planed to be Suarez's succesor.

I think Balo have the ability about that,he is outstanding striker,good finisher and strong mentality.

2.Brendan Rodgers

This is first time Brendan Rodgers manage Liverpool in 4 different competition.I think the experience Last season is great lesson for him.They shoul divide player in 4 different Competition.Its all about focus and priority.

1.Mentality

Arsene Wenger ,Pelegrini and Mourinho Succes brought the team to won BPLin the past time.Brendan Rodgers Should learn from them about how to face the big pressure in vital race .We all know,Liverpool last season.They can't face big pressure in last minute ,Crystal Palace and Chelsea are Their nightmare.

Band UK

Aku pengen ngebahas Band Band UK nich.Emang sich ,mayoritas Pemuda Indonesia dengerin Band Asal Amerika Serikat seperti A.Sevenfold,Greenday dan Bahkan Saosin.
Ini bisa jadi alternative kalian dalam mendengarkan musik yang bisa bervariasi.
Band UK kesukaan aku mulai dari Radiohead,Keane,Snow Patrol,Arctic Monkeys dan yang ingin nge beat yaaa Two Door Cinema Club.
Radiohead mulai dari Creep ,Fake Plastic Trees ,High and Dry,Blackstar.

Keane bagus nich band,Mereka punya karakter yang khas banget.Ada Bedshaped,This is the last Time,Starting Line hingga Somewhere Only We Know.
Snow Patrol terkenal lewat Single Chasing Cars nya,Run,Chocolate hingga Signal Fire.
Artic Monkeys ,aku saranin dengerin Florence Adolescent,Certain Romance,Danching Shoes hingga Do I wanna Know.
Two Door Cinema Club dikenal lewat What You Know hingga Something Good Can Work yang lagunya mirip Dia nya Afgan.

Suarez's Successor

Liverpool will looking for New Forward because Suarez went to Barca.It will be Big Change for Liverpool.I will Give alternative forward to replace Suarez .

I think Ballotelli will be good for Liverpool.He will change his behavior in Liverpool.Fans and I think Our Captain Steven Gerrard will help to getting good perform and good attitude from Ballotelli.Please sign him !

9.Iker Muniain
This Spanian is very potential for Liverpool.Spanish footballer nowdays is very Good in BPL.I think the price also not expensive.

8.Draxler
Eventhough Liverpool have Coutinho and Lallana,Draxler is flexible player to be Next Steven Gerrard

7.Higuain
It looks like small chance but Champions League participated by Liverpool.It is very Shock move !

6.Benzema
I think ,He is on top form.Madrid still chase Falcao

5.Reus
Liverpool fans hope this Player.His Capability ?
